At Cistus Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
