Sweet saxifrage for the rock garden, with mossy foliage forming a mat-like carpet, topped in spring and summer with bright pink-red flowers. To 6-10" tall and spreading to 12-15" wide. Best in the moist and shaded garden with good drainage, rich soil, and just enough summer water to keep the ground moist without being soggy. Frost hardy to -20F, USDA zone 5.
