Aromatic California native sumac with dark (ever)green, leathery leaves. Eventually to 8-10 ft tall and wide. Pinkish-white flowers appear from February to May and give way to orange berries. Sun or shade. Drought tolerant once established. Deer resistant. Hardy to 10F.
