*RETAIL - Euphorbia characias 'Portuguese Velvet'

Ketzel Levine calls this one “lusciously upholstered and my favorite 'phorb for foliage.” We call it carefree and easy in the garden; glorious all year with gray-green, velvety foliage and in spring with golden flowers on green bracts.
