*RETAIL - Eryngium deppeanum

A New World species, unfortunately neglected in favor of European sea hollies, this has sprays of small, gray (not the Euro grey), bracted, spiny flowers on tall upright stems. Drought tolerant and for full sun, though needs a little summer water to reach its full potential.
