Mahonia x savilliana

This hybrid of two lovely species combines the large to 2' or more leaves of Mahonia gracilipes, and with M. confusa's beautiful sprays of apricot to gold fall flowers. Evergreen to 5 to 6' with each rosette being 3' or more topped with coppery new growth and pale leaf undersides, this makes a great focal point for light woodland with occasional summer watering and average soil conditions.
